Role Description
The role will be around growing the business, nurturing clients, and building the brand locally and then expanding through the UK
. We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused individual with a passion for wellness to join our growing team in Wimbledon.
This is not a typical front-of-house role. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, growing a business, and creating exceptional client experiences within the wellness industry.

You will:
Drive Sales & Business Growth- Conduct consultations with new clients
- Recommend appropriate treatments, programmes or memberships
- Convert enquiries into loyal clients
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships
- Help create and capture engaging social media content
- Assist with marketing initiatives and local partnerships
- Support events, workshops and community collaborations
- Contribute ideas to help grow the brand
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients
- Build genuine relationships with clients
- Personalise the client journey
- Encourage repeat bookings and referrals
You are:
- Passionate about health, beauty or wellness
- Naturally confident in sales and client conversations
- Highly people-focused and relationship-driven
- Energetic, proactive and entrepreneurial
- Excited about helping grow a boutique wellness brand
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage with clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to understand and respond to client needs and enhance their satisfaction.
- Strong Project Management skills
, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple initiatives. - Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the wellness industry or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
