Remuneration: £60,000neg + Discretionary Bonus

• Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of bathroom and sanitary ware products (taps, shower rails, accessibility products and accessories)
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects & specifying consultants
• Upsell and build relationships with designers, architects and consultants for hospitality and commercial projects
• Based out of the showroom with regular client visits in and around London
• Generating new business, new leads, drive sales, and increase revenue
• Liaising with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
• Typical projects range from £50k - £250k

• Must have specification sales experience selling into architects, designers and consultants
• Ideally have bathroom or washroom experience although would be open to an interior product background
• Preferable to have experience conducting CPD seminars
• Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
