Job Introduction

As Partnerships Sales Manager (Non-Endemic), you will support the delivery of Selfridges' Brand Partnerships programme by helping to identify, pitch, secure and grow partnership revenue with non-endemic brands (i.e. brands outside our core retail brand mix). You'll work closely with the Partnerships Sales Lead and Head of Brand Partnerships to build a high-quality pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and close commercial partnerships that position Selfridges as a premium platform for physical, digital and experiential campaigns.

You’ll be a key connector across internal teams (Brand Partnerships, Buying, Marketing channel owners, Creative, Digital, Social, Events, Finance) to ensure opportunities are well-shaped, commercially robust, and set up for smooth execution-while always protecting and elevating the Selfridges brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Partnerships Sales Lead in executing the partnership sales strategy for non-endemic and strengthening Selfridges' proposition as a 360 media and experiences platform.
  • Research, identify and approach non-endemic prospects; build target lists and map decision-makers across relevant sectors (e.g. entertainment, tech, travel, automotive, finance, real estate).
  • Own the sales process for agreed accounts: outreach, presentations, pitching, qualification, briefing, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Contribute to a consistent flow of new opportunities to maintain strong pipeline coverage and momentum to target.
  • Build high-quality pitch decks, proposals and partner packages (PowerPoint/Slides), tailored to prospect objectives and Selfridges priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope cross-channel solutions across store, digital and experiential, ensuring proposals are clear on objectives, deliverables, measurement and ROI.
  • Lead and support commercial negotiations, including pricing, value exchange, timelines and deliverables—escalating as needed to the Partnerships Sales Lead.
Pipeline Management, Forecasting and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records (CRM/trackers), including lead source, stage, probability, revenue value and timing.
  • Support forecasting with a clear view of lead‑gen, pipeline health, closed deals and path to target.
  • Produce regular updates and insights for the Partnerships Sales Lead / senior stakeholders on wins, risks, blockers and opportunities.
Account Management
  • Manage and deliver sold partnerships with a core focus on project management and nurturing key relationships in account management from publishing, sponsorship, agency, retail media or corporate partnerships.
  • Work cross‑functionally to deliver brand partnerships with Buying & Merchandising, PR, Social, Performance Marketing, Digital Trade, CRM, Affiliates, Visual Projects, Events & Experiences, Creative, and external partners to deliver aligned 360° activations.
  • Deliver regular reporting, partnering with Data and Insights to build strong data foundations, define clear customer targets, and set measurable KPIs.
You’ll Likely Have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in building and presenting proposals, sponsorship, media sales, and account management working to targets and managing a pipeline.
  • Strong client-facing skills: confident presenting, handling objections, and building relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience producing sharp pitch materials and proposals; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Commercial confidence: comfortable with pricing, value articulation, and supporting negotiations.
  • Proven experience in managing client relations and leading end-to-end campaign delivery.
