The UK is a strategic growth market for Enky, with strong inbound interest from companies and international clients expanding to London.
The RoleWe are looking for a Sales Account Executive – Furniture Solutions to drive growth in the UK.
You will own the full sales cycle
, from prospecting to deal closure, and sell complex, project‑based furniture solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients. You will also work closely with architects and design partners to convert leads and maximize project value.
This is a high‑impact, early‑market role with strong autonomy and visibility.
Your MissionOver the first 6–12 months, you will:
- Build and close a strong UK sales pipeline
- Close first landmark deals in the market
- Establish Enky as a trusted furniture solutions partner
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion
- Own the full sales cycle in the UK market
- Convert inbound leads and develop outbound opportunities
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract signature
- Work with architects, design studios, and prescribers
- Co‑sell with partners to maximize win rate and deal value
- Act as the commercial point of contact for partner‑led projects
- Maintain a clean, reliable CRM and accurate forecasting
- Prioritize opportunities based on value, urgency, and feasibility
- Collaborate with Ops, Design, and Product teams
- Provide feedback to improve sales approach and offerings
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in project‑based or solution sales
- Proven track record closing complex, high‑value deals
- Experience in early‑stage market development is a plus
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent discovery and qualification abilities
- Structured, disciplined, and organized approach
- Fluent in English;
French is a strong plus
- Results‑driven and accountable
- Highly autonomous and proactive
