Location: Greater London

The basics

💰 Competitive salary + uncapped commission + generous equity

What you need

  • Seed to Series B multi-million revenue sales track record
  • Proven SaaS sales experience, with fintech a strong plus
  • A strong personal network of CFOs and founders, with the confidence to leverage it
  • Hunter mindset: you prospect, chase, and close on your own initiative
  • Hands-on operator: you build pipeline from scratch, own the funnel end-to-end, and genuinely enjoy cold calling
  • Olympian mindset: you work smart and hard, stay resilient under pressure, are fully bought into the mission, and embrace the demands of an early-stage environment

What you'll own

  • Outbound and Pipeline:
    Drive outbound prospecting with energy and persistence, creating a steady flow of qualified opportunities
  • Full Cycle Ownership:
    Own the entire funnel, from outreach and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Trusted Relationships:
    Build credibility with CFOs, founders, and finance teams at venture-backed, high-growth companies
  • Cold Calling:
    Be the voice of Round on the phones, converting cold conversations into real pipeline
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene to enable accurate forecasting and smarter decisions
  • Sales Playbook:
    Lay the foundations for scalable outbound tactics and repeatable processes
  • Feedback Loop:
    Bring structured, actionable feedback from prospects back into product and marketing
  • Execution:
    Work side-by-side with the founders to win logos and scale Round's sales motion
