As Hyperice continues to accelerate its growth across the UK, we are looking for a motivated Account Specialist to support the growth and development of our partnerships across the UK fitness sector.
Role OverviewThe Account Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing Hyperice’s relationships with existing fitness partners across the UK. Working closely with the Senior Director of Sales & Business Development EMEIA, this individual will support key accounts, identify opportunities to expand product adoption, and contribute to new business development within the fitness and wellness ecosystem.
This role will initially focus on the fitness sector, supporting major gym operators, studios, and fitness partners. However, as Hyperice operates across multiple sectors—including sports, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate wellness—there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to expand into additional verticals as the role develops.
The position is remote but ideally based in or around London due to the concentration of key accounts and industry partners in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Manage and support a portfolio of existing fitness and wellness accounts across the UK.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations, including fitness operators, management teams, and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Hyperice product offering across partner locations and member experiences.
- Support partners in implementing Hyperice products within their clubs, recovery zones, or member programmes.
- Ensure partners receive ongoing support, product education, and best practice guidance.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support the delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for partners.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK fitness and wellness sector.
- Develop relationships with prospective partners including gym chains, studios, trainers, and fitness organisations.
- Support the onboarding of new partners and contribute to expanding the Hyperice footprint across the UK.
- Support and execute brand activations, demonstrations, and events across the UK.
- Represent Hyperice at industry events, fitness expos, and partner activations.
- Work with partners to deliver in-club demonstrations and member engagement initiatives.
- Use events and activations as opportunities to drive awareness and support the growth of Hyperice’s direct-to-consumer channel.
- Work closely with the EMEIA sales leadership and global teams to support regional strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to deliver impactful campaigns and activations.
- Share insights from the field to support product positioning and partner strategy.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
- Experience with in the fitness, health, wellness, or sports performance sector.
- Existing network within the UK fitness industry.
- Experience supporting brand activations, events, or experiential marketing.
- Regular travel within the UK to visit partners, attend events, and support activations.
- Occasional international travel for events and company meetings.
