• Service, develop and manage modern trade accounts with includes major supermarket & retail chain.
• Achieve Sales Targets and objectives set by the Company.
• Develop short and long-term plans to increase sales.
• Build strong relationship with trade buyers and customers
• Ensure smooth execution of product launchers & promotion & brand visibility and effective merchandising at store level.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends & feedback to adjust strategies.
• Monitor accounts’ performance and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of trade operation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives.

• Minimum Diploma in any Business related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent and good team player.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license.
• Own car
