- UK-based (flexible, with travel to portfolio hotels)
The National Sales Manager – Agency will lead the strategic management and development of agency partnerships across the UK, driving revenue growth through key intermediary channels including TMCs, venue finders, and MICE Agencies. This role requires a commercially astute, relationship-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the UK agency landscape, RFP processes, group and corporate contracting.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our relatively new hospitality platform, representing the hotel portfolio, building strong agency relationships, negotiating preferred partnerships, and ensuring our hotels remain front of mind across all relevant segments.
Expected profile of experience- Minimum 3 years’ experience in proactive sales within the hospitality or travel sector.
- Experience managing UK-based agency or intermediary accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the UK hospitality and travel market.
- Willingness to travel across the UK for meetings, client events, and trade activity.
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional results through partnership development.
