Chartering manager

Falcon Maritime is looking to expand in Singapore, and we are seeking an experienced Chartering Manager to help grow our dry bulk operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Negotiate and conclude charter party agreements to maximize commercial value.
• Build and expand relationships with owners, brokers, and cargo clients.
• Identify and develop new trades and cargo flows across APAC.
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to execute trading strategies.
• Deliver profitable results while maintaining trust and transparency with clients.

• 3–10 years experience in dry bulk chartering or operations, preferably with APAC market exposure.
• Strong client portfolio and proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: commercially driven, resilient, and results-oriented.
