** What you’ll be doing
** You will support all the trade sales and partnerships team, as well as our travel agent and lead-generation partners, with the aim to increase conversion and induct new business-to-business partnerships when suitable. You will be expected to be a source of knowledge for our in-house reservation system processes relating to trade sales and partnerships. You will also carry out administrative tasks including but not limited to commission application, invoicing & trade marketing activity.

* Key responsibilities include:

*** Be the subject matter expert for Audley with all trade related in-house reservation system queries.
* Ensure all Audley departments are adequately trained to answer trade related issues.
* Facilitate new agent setup and keep all agent records up to date.
* Ensure all agent commercial terms applied are up to date in the reservation system.
* Take an active role in promoting the trade sales channel within Audley through internal comms, training delivery and PR initiatives.
* Champion trade sales across sales teams. Support, develop and train Audley staff to ensure best practice is being followed.
* Create and maintain internal training materials, including Sharepoint page, training modules and, where relevant, regional training docs to best support trade sales conversion.
* Create, maintain and develop effective trade sales training for new starters as part of their induction journey.
* Create and deliver trade sales, lead-gen partners and key account reports as per business needs
* Support Business Development Managers and Head of Trade Sales with relationship management requests for Trade and Lead-gen partners.
* Seek real-time feedback from Trade partners on Audley’s service, both anecdotal and measurable. Share with Head of Trade Sales, Business Development Managers and sales programmes and identify areas of improvement.
* Establish and deliver an effective onboarding process for new travel agencies.
* Assist with the organisation and management of in-house trade events where required.
* Attend agent events, conferences and meetings where required.
* Take responsibility for centralised agent gifting
* A conscientious and self-motivated individual who is results orientated and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.
* Strong customer focus with a solid understanding of the value of Audley’s Trade and Partnership relationships.
* Confident communicating with a wide cross-section of people both within the business and within the trade client base - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Remains calm and level-headed in pressurized situations.
* A reliable and flexible team player.
* Highly organized and proficient in prioritising workload with a methodical and systematic approach to work.
* Maintains a high level of attention to detail at all times.
* Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Asana would be beneficial.

* Having a valid driver’s license and owning a reliable vehicle would be beneficial.
