Per Capelli Ltd has a growing network of over 350 partner salons across the UK, dedicated to bringing bespoke, high-quality solutions to clients while upholding the integrity and luxury of the brand. The company is committed to fostering strong partnerships with salons and expanding Nashi Argan's presence while aligning with the brand’s selective distribution policy.

This is a full-time, field Sales Consultant role located in London. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with professional salon clients, promoting Nashi Argan products, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, consulting with salon owners to address their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients on product features and benefits.

The individual will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for market growth and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and create tailored solutions
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey product knowledge
• Experience in the haircare or beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using computer software like Excel and have the ability to use various applications effectively.
• Be organized and manage time effectively.
