Join Round Treasury as our first growth hire, reporting directly to the founders to scale our fintech platform. You will own the entire sales cycle, from aggressive outbound prospecting to closing deals with CFOs at high-growth startups. This is a high-impact role with the potential to evolve into our PMM Lead.

• Establish the foundations for scalable outbound tactics and repeatable sales processes alongside the founding team.

• Proven sales track record in Seed to Series B environments, successfully driving multi-million pound revenue growth.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling fintech or SaaS solutions to finance executives and founders.
• An "Olympian" hunter mindset with a strong existing network and the resilience to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment.
