DXCOLLECTION was founded in the year 2014 with the main aim of building a haven for collectors and players alike. The founder (Mr Dan) wanted to create a place and community for all to enjoy playing and collecting. We are trying to leverage on a hybrid platform to provide value for money products and services which is achievable through on or offline platforms.

At DXCOLLECTION, we believe in fairness and risk reduction therefore, allowing collectors and players to build their collection peacefully and safely. The end goal is to create a community that is always around for one another and to relive your inner child experience once again.

Join Team DX to drive sales, manage customer portfolios, and support trading card collecting and gaming activities through store operations, customer service, and online content creation.

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient workflow
• Perform cashier duties accurately to process sales transactions and handle payments
• Deliver sales and customer service by engaging customers, answering inquiries, and promoting products
• Create and manage online content and stream sales to expand customer reach and drive online sales
• Handle order fulfillment through Rip&Ship or online web sales to ensure timely delivery of products
• Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotional activities and campaigns
• Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and inform business decisions
• Apply basic accounting skills to assist with financial record keeping and sales tracking (bonus skill)
