Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – South Woodford

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

• Engage with people from all walks of life and hold conversations to establish their needs and wants; communicate effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for social channels.
• Master multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
• Maintain relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalize on all opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained.
• Collaborate with peers within the branch to build relationships that help identify opportunities for referrals.
• Take accountability for KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Have a strong presence in front of a camera to appeal to and engage your audience and maximize your reach.

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximize in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, admin, training and development, compliance and divisional sales director to ensure the most efficient process possible for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service.

• Full-time office based.
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification.

Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of:
• Passport or birth certificate.

We will also need:

• National Insurance number.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Subject to passing a probationary period.
