Client Services Adviser

About The Role

The Client Service Adviser will support Alexander Hall in calling leads, creating great front office relationships, and studying towards your CeMAP qualification. The role includes full office training which will provide you with fundamental knowledge of the mortgage industry, sharpen your sales skills and develop key relationships within the property industry.

• Achieve personal sales expectations

• Comply with company compliance standards
• Build relationship with Foxtons front offices, sales consultants and external lead introducers

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and satisfy the completion of tasks within prescribed deadlines
• To have good organisational skills
• Able to work with minimal levels of supervision
• Have strong communication skills
• Have competent computer literacy
• Be consistent with Alexander Hall’s cultural values of hard work, integrity and collaboration
• Display a positive attitude
• To be service driven
• To have strong interpersonal skills
• To have advanced phone etiquette
• At least 1 years' experience in property or sales is desirable

• A competitive salary depending on experience, starting at £27,250 (plus monthly bonuses).
