Our client is a fast-scaling multi-asset execution-only brokerage with access across 50+ global markets. Clients use one account to trade equities, ETFs, bonds, futures, options and more.
This is for a senior relationship manager who can originate. No inbound pipeline. No dependency on marketing. Just strong infrastructure, broad product access, and a platform you can monetize if you know how to win clients.
What you'll do- Build your own book from your network and outbound activity
- Win and onboard self-directed HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, asset managers and other active investors
- Run the full cycle: origination, conversion, onboarding, retention
- Manage your pipeline with discipline: outreach, follow-up, referrals, events, CRM
- Own a 3/6/12-month build plan with AUM and revenue milestones
- Act as a credible commercial point of contact through onboarding and beyond
- Portable client relationships with realistic near-term conversion potential
- Recent new business wins in the last 6 months
- Numbers: AUM raised, revenue generated, ranking, target attainment, conversion rate
- Comfort in a performance-led culture where upside matters more than salary protection
- Coverage across HNW, UHNW, family office and institutional channels
- Multi-asset fluency across cash equities, ETFs, fixed income, futures and options
- Ability to speak credibly about execution, platform capability, API/FIX connectivity where relevant
- Experience building a book in a new region, desk or segment from zero
