A fast-growing AdTech business in the programmatic and privacy-first advertising space is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to grow revenue across London’s independent agencies.

This is a high-visibility commercial role focused on building revenue through strong agency relationships, proactive outreach, and consultative selling into some of the UK’s most influential independent media agencies.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a commercially ambitious team delivering advanced digital advertising solutions designed for the modern, privacy-conscious ecosystem. The business has strong traction with independent agencies and significant untapped growth across existing and new partnerships.

This role suits someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted agency relationships, and converting conversations into revenue quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow revenue across London independent media agencies
  • Build relationships with planners, buyers and digital leads across agency groups
  • Proactively generate meetings through outreach, networking and industry engagement
  • Position programmatic and data-led advertising solutions to agency clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle & prospecting through to deal closure and campaign launch
  • Collaborate internally with trading and client services teams to deliver successful campaigns
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing agency relationships
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience selling digital media, programmatic, AdTech, or data solutions
  • Existing relationships within London independent agencies highly desirable
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence presenting to agency stakeholders
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and open web advertising
  • Motivated by performance, targets and uncapped earning potential
Package
  • £30,000–£38,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission (typical earnings £30k–£50k+ on top of base)
  • Additional performance incentives and quarterly accelerators
  • Hybrid working in London (central office location)
