We’re looking for an Account Executive with 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience to join our UK commercial team. This is a revenue-focused role with real autonomy, impact, and a clear path toward senior commercial leadership. We’re looking for a dedicated AE with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for driving growth.
What You Will DoWe are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting through close – helping UK businesses unlock value with ’s platform.
In Your First 12 Months, You Will- Build, qualify, and close new business opportunities, owning revenue attainment and contributing to forecast accuracy.
- Manage the full sales cycle – lead discovery, tailor solution positioning, deliver compelling demos with our Technical Consultants, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target segments, using a deep understanding of customer needs to drive success.
- Partner with new customers during their first year to understand evolving needs, proactively positioning additional solutions to drive measurable expansion and long‑term value.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate pipeline and improve conversion.
- Leverage ’s AI‑powered solutions to demonstrate measurable business impact and ROI for customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, building long‑term relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, who is looking to take the next step.
- Strong hunter mentality, comfortable owning the full sales process.
- Skilled at consultative selling with the ability to articulate value and differentiate solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined sales planning.
- Motivated, coachable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- This is a hybrid role, you will work 3 days a week in our London office.
- Priorities can shift quickly as technology and insights evolve.
- AI will change how your role looks, fast. Some tasks you do today may disappear next year.
- We move before everything is finished or polished.
- For this position, we can only consider candidates who already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the UK.
