About the RoleAs growth continues, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cargo Charter Broker who combines strong commercial performance with the ability to influence and support the wider team. This opportunity is suited to a broker with 3–5 years’ experience who is confident managing complex charter operations, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to the development of junior team members and overall commercial strategy.
It is ideal for a professional with proven private jet sales experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and can manage end‑to‑end charter requirements with confidence and precision.
- Develop, manage, and expand a personal portfolio of high‑net‑worth and corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all private jet travel requirements.
- Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
- Take full ownership of the charter process, from initial enquiry through to post‑flight follow‑up.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of aircraft types, charter processes, pricing structures, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with aircraft operators, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Monitor flights in real time to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional client experience.
- Manage time‑sensitive and high‑pressure bookings with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Provide senior‑level guidance within the team, supporting junior brokers through collaboration and best‑practice sharing.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, sales visits, industry events, and operational engagements.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in private jet charter brokerage sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Commercially driven, ambitious, and highly self‑motivated.
- Confident managing ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and bespoke, complex charter requirements.
- Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Highly organised with strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexible with working hours, including availability outside standard business hours when required.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in a second language is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK required.

- Competitive base salary from £45,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)
- 10% uncapped commission structure
- Clear progression pathways into leadership or management roles
- 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
