Sales Support Executive freight​/cargo

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new business by managing quotations, supporting customers, and contributing to the development of our innovative

• Acquire new shipments and bookings through proactive follow-up
• Process and manage new sales quotations
• Respond promptly to customer quote requests via email and telephone
• Liaise internally with operational and sales teams
• Communicate with client airlines and agents locally and overseas
• Support the ongoing development
• Ensure fast turnaround times to maximise business opportunities

You will be part of a supportive team environment, working closely with both sales and operations to ensure excellent customer service and seamless booking processes.

• Highly organised with strong administrative ability
• IT literate with good keyboard skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Quick to learn, proactive, and solution-focused

Previous experience in sales support, logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar administrative role would be advantageous but not essential.

-17.30pm
