Sales Account Manager - pa

Our client is a long-established East London based printing firm which provides bespoke solutions, fantastic products and an exemplary service. They are looking for a Sales Account Manager with a passion for print to look after a range of prestigious accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company which heavily invests in its people, believing staff loyalty and commitment makes their products better and their service more consistent.

This client facing role requires someone with exemplary communication and negotiation skills who build successful, long-term relationships and successfully deliver projects. Acting as the point of contact to handle customers individual needs, you will help to deliver a positive customer experience. Your role will be to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner, therefore we seek someone with a strong business acumen and with a problem-solving attitude.
