About The Role
The CPFR Manager role is a unique and exciting opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact in the world of supply chain operations. As a CPFR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bridging the gap between commercial and supply chain plans. You'll work closely with major customer supply chain teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's ambition for excellent customer service and product availability.
MainResponsibilities
- Cultivate robust customer service networks and foster powerful partnerships with our sales colleagues, elevating service quality and supercharging forecast performance across our diverse account portfolio.
- Immerse in customer Head Offices when it adds value and is appropriate.
- Maximise on‑shelf availability through precision in sales forecasting, aligning it seamlessly with customer demand needs throughout the year and months.
- Be the catalyst for a flawless product journey to our customers by actively collaborating with any Ferrero supply chain and sales functions, ensuring an unobstructed and efficient order‑to‑delivery process.
- Champion and lead impactful customer service projects, demonstrating expertise and dedication to drive excellence and meet customers' needs.
At the core of the CPFR Manager role lies the art of relationship‑building. Building strong, enduring relationships is the foundation upon which we establish trust and alignment with our customers.
About You- Minimum of 18 months hands‑on experience in FMCG Customer Supply Chain, managing large accounts and delivering improvements.
- Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, sales processes, forecasting techniques, and category management.
- Strong influencing skills demonstrated through effective peer‑to‑peer collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced PC literacy, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data analytical skills backed by a track record of proven results.
- SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Continuous improvement mindset, committed to finding better ways of doing things and driving ongoing enhancements.
- Valid driving licence.
