The Role
We are looking to accelerate our already exceptional growth. We are looking for an experienced, proven residential solar professional who can:
- Deliver Elite Results:
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets using our high-intent lead flow. - Strategic Feedback Loop:
Use your "on-the-ground" experience to provide direct insights to the CEO and CTO, helping us sharpen our proprietary tech and sales processes. - Raise the Standard:
Act as a lead-by-example figure for the team, demonstrating what "excellence" looks like in a modern, remote sales environment.
Note:
This is a revenue-generating role for someone who loves the close. You won't be doing the "heavy lifting" of process design—you’ll be the expert voice telling us where the friction is so we can fix it for you.
- Partnerships:
We leverage strategic partnerships with local councils and other renowned brands, providing you with high-trust, high-authority leads that convert at significantly higher rates. - Inbound Momentum:
Leads are a mix of customers who have already engaged with our online modeling tool and high-intent inquiries ready for a consultation.
Our model is designed to maximize your selling time. You conduct diagnostic calls and design reviews via our internal quoting system. The tech automatically sizes inverters and batteries, generating instant proposals during the call.
- The Goal:
Your focus is on designing the right system and securing the £200 deposit. - The Handoff:
Once the deposit is taken, our Technical & Operations team takes over completely. They handle the surveys, technical vetting, and the final install. You are freed up to focus entirely on the next consultation.
Success is measured in two dimensions:
- Personal Performance:
Consistently high monthly sales and conversion rates. - Team Elevation:
Meaningful contributions to the "sales playbook"—identifying gaps in the funnel or suggesting tech features that increase velocity to deposit.
- Solar Expertise:
Proven track record in residential solar sales with exceptional conversion and performance data. - Tech Literacy:
Ability to quickly navigate and leverage our modelling software and CRM to build trust with customers. - Pipeline Discipline:
Strong organisational skills to manage high lead volumes without letting prospects "leak" from the funnel. - Exceptional sales Capabilities:
Expertise and proven track record in sales, enabling you to convert and close at leading levels.

- Accelerated Upside:
Uncapped commission scales with performance, with accelerators reaching up to 5%. Top performers should expect to land in the 3–4% bracket regularly. - Great Team:
We're a passionate and motivated team and get together on a quarterly basis and after work on Thursdays. - Ownership:
Share options are also included, allowing you to share in the long-term growth and valuation of the company. - Flexibility:
Fully remote or hybrid options available.
