Sales Negotiator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency in West Hampstead.

My client is a long-standing, multi-branch agency with a strong presence across North London. They are now looking to add a motivated and commercially driven senior sales professional to their West Hampstead office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in winning instructions, negotiating sales, and managing their own pipeline, with strong earning potential through commission and additional income streams.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous estate agency sales experience (ideally 1–3+ years)

• Be confident attending market appraisals / valuations

• Have strong negotiation and closing ability

• Possess excellent local knowledge of West Hampstead / NW London

• Be target driven, professional and well presented

Package

• Circa £25,000 basic salary

• 8% personal commission

• Additional income through referrals & bonuses

What you will do:

• Attend market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions

• Advise vendors on pricing and marketing strategies

• Manage a portfolio of properties from listing to completion

• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers

• Register buyers and match them to suitable properties

• Progress sales through to exchange and completion

• Generate new business through calls, referrals and local prospecting

• Build long-term relationships with vendors and buyers

• Cross-sell mortgage, conveyancing and lettings services where appropriate
