Location: Greater London

A private equity–backed, highly successful international B2B technology business is hiring a Sales Director to drive commercial growth across Europe. The company has an established and proven platform, with significant success in other global markets and clear plans for international expansion.

This role offers a true greenfield opportunity to open and scale new markets across a diverse and high-potential region, supported by strong investment, leadership commitment, and a proven commercial model.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will own the EMEA region end-to-end, responsible for building pipeline, closing new business, and developing early strategic customer relationships. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle sales role, suited to a commercially driven leader who enjoys launching markets and creating momentum from scratch.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to execute regional strategy, maintain accurate forecasting, and help shape the company’s long‑term international footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow the EMEA region from a greenfield starting point
  • Lead new business acquisition across multiple international markets
  • Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Build long‑term relationships with early clients and expand accounts over time
  • Develop and execute regional territory and account plans
  • Deliver high‑impact presentations to senior decision‑makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
  • Represent the business at regional industry events and key customer meetings
Candidate Profile
  • Strong history of consistent quota over achievement in B2B sales
  • Experience opening new markets or scaling early‑stage regions
  • Comfortable operating across diverse geographies and cultures
  • Consultative sales approach with strong executive presence
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or data‑led solutions advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and resilient
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in quota‑carrying B2B sales
  • Proven success in international or multi‑region sales environments
  • Fluent English (additional languages beneficial)
  • Experience using CRM and modern sales enablement tools
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required
