Job DescriptionAs the founding Account Executive, you will take over the sales engine from the CEO to drive revenue for an AI platform transforming property management. You’ll own the full mid‑market deal cycle, running tailored demos for C‑suite stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy as the company scales its managed units 14x.

- Partner directly with the CEO to refine pricing, positioning, and messaging while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast in the CRM.
- 3+ years of experience closing mid‑market B2B SaaS deals with a track record of running live demos and navigating complex procurement.
- Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility with both operational and technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment, ideally within Prop Tech, real estate, or operations‑heavy software sectors.
