This is a field-based role for an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive. The position offers a guaranteed salary of £60,000 in the first year, with an OTE of £110,000 and top earners reaching over £150,000. Benefits include a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car (Tesla or other electric/hybrid vehicles), along with other incentives.

Our client is an award-winning provider of Health and Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, with over 80 years of supporting business owners and senior leaders. This is a sales-led organization seeking motivated individuals to contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business activities.
  • Attending and closing sales appointments.
  • Meeting with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets.
  • Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
  • Ability to sell to diverse audiences including business owners, directors, and HR managers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume meeting environment.
  • Previous field-based sales experience.
