Turn Enquiries Into Booked Consultations in a Premium Clinic Environment

Dental by Design is a modern, high-end private dental clinic based in Hammersmith. We are looking for a confident, well-presented Client Booking & Sales Advisor to manage inbound enquiries and convert them into booked consultations.

This is a front-facing, client-contact role where professionalism, warmth, and commercial awareness are essential. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients considering high-value treatments, so confidence and communication matter.

This role suits someone who enjoys B2C environments
, understands the importance of targets, and wants a stable, professional setting rather than a call-centre or hard-sales environment.

You will manage warm inbound enquiries only and guide prospective patients through the booking process.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms
• Building quick rapport and putting patients at ease
• Confidently guiding conversations toward booked consultations
• Following up enquiries consistently to maximise conversion
• Managing a high volume of leads while maintaining a premium, personal approach
• Updating CRM systems accurately with clear notes
• Working closely with reception and clinical teams
• Representing the clinic in a polished, professional manner at all times

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

• High-end retail or luxury customer environments
• Beauty, aesthetics, clinics, or private healthcare
• Reservations, booking, or appointment-based roles
• Customer-facing roles with targets or KPIs

You may also have some exposure to sales or commercial environments, but this is not a B2B sales or recruitment role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident and comfortable on the phone
• Enjoys working with clients and guiding decisions
• Understands the importance of conversion and follow-up
• Is professional, presentable, and client-focused
• Is reliable and happy working to booking targets
• Is comfortable working Saturdays (common in retail and clinics)

No dental experience required – full training provided.

This is a B2C, client-focused role in a premium clinical environment.

• Monday to Saturday
• One weekday off in lieu when working Saturdays
• Standard clinic hours (no late evenings)
