What you will do
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market accounts, managing deals typically ranging from £40k to six-figures.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers, demonstrating how Airtable’s multi-use case platform solves complex operational challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in the London HQ, including Solution Consulting and Customer Success, to drive long-term business transformation.
The ideal candidate
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years of full-cycle closing experience and a proven track record of over achievement.
  • Versatile salesperson comfortable with both net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder selling.
  • Growth-oriented professional with strong operational discipline and an interest in AI automation; fluency in French or German is a plus.
