What you will do
  • Lead outbound lead generation by building and running multi‑channel cadences across phone, email, and Linked In to penetrate new market segments
  • Book and qualify meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover process to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and GTM teams to iterate on messaging and shape the company’s outbound playbook
The ideal candidate
  • Possesses 6‑12 months of outbound SDR experience or a background in high‑rejection environments like recruitment or telesales
  • Demonstrates exceptional phone presence and grit, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and handle objections with high energy
  • Is a metrics‑driven self‑starter who is familiar with modern sales stacks like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Outreach to track performance
