Exciting opportunity for a driven Trainee Sales Executive to join a high-performing property sales team in London. This phone-based sales role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, pipeline management and business growth within the fast-paced property market.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive within a dynamic property sales environment in London.

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will focus on telesales, lead generation and client acquisition, connecting with motivated sellers and landlords while building a high-value sales pipeline using industry-leading CRM systems and technology.

The Trainee Sales Executive will work closely with front office teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, drive revenue targets and support business growth across sales, lettings and property investment services.

DUTIES

Once trained your duties as the Trainee Sales Executive include:

• Lead Generation:
Proactively contact potential sellers and landlords to identify new business opportunities

• Telesales Activity:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to build relationships and generate qualified leads

• Pipeline Management:
Develop and nurture a high-value sales pipeline using CRM systems and internal databases

• Client Acquisition:
Convert enquiries into instructions through confident communication and negotiation

• Relationship Management:
Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business



Collaboration:

Work closely with front office and property teams to ensure seamless customer journeys

• Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on London property trends, investment opportunities and financial solutions

• Revenue Targets:
Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
