Removals Sales Estimator

Are you an experienced Removals Sales Estimator or Surveyor ready to take on a rewarding, permanent role with a company that truly values its people?

I'm working exclusively with a well-established, family-run domestic removals firm based in Essex — a business with over 50 years of heritage in their local market and a reputation built on trust, quality, and genuine care for their customers.

Due to the retirement of a long-standing team member, they're looking for the right person to step into this role and make it their own.

The Role

You'll be the face of the business, visiting customers in their homes across Essex, Kent, and London to conduct face-to-face surveys and present competitive quotes for domestic removal services. You'll be working in a busy, customer-facing environment — averaging around 6 surveys per day — competing against other local firms and winning business through professionalism, knowledge, and rapport.

This is a full-time, permanent position. No short-term contracts, no uncertainty — just a stable, long-term opportunity with a company who invest in their people.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Removals Sales Estimator or Surveyor — this is essential

* Strong knowledge of domestic moving services and the ability to survey and quote confidently

* A customer-focused approach with the ability to build instant rapport

* Commercially minded — you understand the value of converting a survey into a sale

* Must be commutable to Purfleet, Essex
