Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive student enrolment growth and revenue generation while establishing and nurturing corporate partnerships. Lead market expansion efforts and represent the school as a senior brand ambassador to enhance visibility and business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve and exceed student enrolment and revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust enrolment pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic networking
- Identify and evaluate new market segments, corporate channels, and growth opportunities to expand enrolment
- Drive lead generation initiatives that directly increase student enrolment numbers
- Meet and surpass key performance indicators related to enrolment, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporations, relocation agencies, embassies, chambers of commerce, and expatriate networks
- Design and manage corporate enrolment programmes and preferred school partnerships to increase corporate engagement
- Deliver presentations and briefings to HR teams and mobility departments to position the school as a preferred education partner
- Establish and maintain referral pipelines and long‑term partnership agreements with corporate stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with key corporate decision‑makers to drive recurring enrolments
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and demographic data to inform and recommend strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with target segments and corporate audiences
- Represent the school at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Act as a senior brand ambassador by building high‑level relationships with decision‑makers in corporations and strategic organisations
- Strengthen alumni, parent, and community referral networks to support sustainable business growth
- Strong understanding of international school systems and best practices in admissions
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working in international education or multicultural environments
- Ability to thrive in diverse, fast‑changing, and dynamic settings
- Passion for education and commitment to supporting student achievement
- Excellent oral and written command of English; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous for engaging diverse communities and stakeholders
