Location: Greater London
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative (Sales Manager) to drive overseas market expansion and maintain key client relationships. This role focuses on promoting their company’s e-commerce packaging materials and automated packaging equipment in designated international markets and supporting the company’s global business growth.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE) Sales Strategy & Market Expansion- Develop regional sales strategies based on target market characteristics (e.g. cross-border e-commerce packaging demand, European environmental regulations).
- Define target customer segments and sales priorities.
- Plan and execute market entry strategies, including customer development, channel partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Continuously optimize sales strategies based on market feedback and sales performance data to ensure target achievement.
- Actively develop customer resources through international e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, and industry exhibitions.
- Identify customer needs through proactive communication and provide tailored packaging solutions.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive customer profiles and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure long‑term, stable cooperation with key clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities (e.g. smart packaging, eco-friendly and biodegradable materials).
- Anticipate potential market risks such as policy changes or raw material price fluctuations.
- Provide constructive recommendations to R&D and product teams on product optimization, material upgrades, and cost control.
- Work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure feasibility, professionalism, and on‑time delivery of solutions.
- Follow up on order execution, shipment, and customer satisfaction.

Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, and other key international regions
- Remote work + periodic business travel (10–15 days/month)
- Headquarter (China)
- Flexible arrangements based on individual preference and business needs
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in packaging materials, logistics, manufacturing, or automation equipment
- Strong market development and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results in overseas markets
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
