We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Genesis Group of Agencies' in Alexandra Hill Central Region.

As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.

This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work closely with key accounts, understanding their needs and delivering customised solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow existing client relationships through cross‑selling and up‑selling
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Contributing to the development of strategic account plans and growth initiatives
  • Attending client meetings, events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships
What we're looking for
  • No experience needed however, experience as a Sales Relationship Manager or similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management and client relationship building
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
