We're looking for confident Brand Ambassadors to grow Freddie's Flowers through face-to-face sales across Bristol. This is an active, target-driven role: you'll engage people in busy locations and at events, explain our subscription service, and close sign-ups. If you're motivated by commission, enjoy being on your feet, and like seeing a direct link between effort and earnings, this could be the perfect fit.

• Approaching members of the public in high-footfall areas
• Delivering a confident sales pitch and handling objections
• Closing sign-ups on the spot
• Working toward daily targets
• Travelling between locations on Freddie's Flowers e-bikes
• Taking ownership of your performance with full training and clear guidance

• Confidence in starting conversations with strangers
• Enjoyment of a sales-led, performance-driven environment
• Financial motivation and comfort with commission-only pay
• Ability to stay focused and positive throughout a shift
• Enjoy being outdoors and physically active
• Confidence riding an e-bike
• Sales experience is a bonus, but drive, resilience, and attitude matter most

• 3-4 shifts per week, 6 hours each
• Monday to Sunday (choose your days)
• A flexible, high-earning part-time role

• Commission-based with uncapped earnings
• Typical daily earnings: £105-£280
• Paid weekly (one week in arrears)
• Earnings linked directly to sign-ups closed

• 15-minute screening call
• 30-minute in-person interview at our London office or online
• Three days of paid training if offered the role

• Full, paid training
• Ongoing coaching and support
• Uncapped commission structure
