Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant with a background in SaaS, hospitality technology, or software sales. This role will involve selling to new and existing clients with a focus on the hospitality sector as well as other industries where relevant. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, relationship management and closing high‑value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development – Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities
  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Product Demonstrations – Present and demonstrate both platforms to potential clients, tailoring presentations to client’s needs.
  • Market Expansion – Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the UK, Nordics and Benelux regions.
  • Cross‑Promotion – Actively promote the benefits of Optimiser CRM to maximize value for clients.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the internal teams to create and optimise lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence – Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Feedback Loop – Provide insights to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS, hospitality tech or CRM preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, CRM workflows, or SaaS sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to tailor solutions to client’s needs.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and industry events.
