A scaling programmatic AdTech business is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across London’s independent agency market.
The company provides advanced, data-led digital advertising solutions designed for a privacy-first ecosystem and has built strong early momentum with independent agencies. This role is focused on expanding strategic agency partnerships and driving consistent revenue growth through senior commercial engagement.
The OpportunityYou will take ownership of a defined independent agency patch, developing senior relationships and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. This role suits an experienced agency seller who can balance new business development with strategic account growth.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth across London independent media agencies
- Build relationships with senior planners, investment leads and agency leadership
- Develop and execute agency growth plans across both existing and new partners
- Lead consultative sales conversations around programmatic and data-led solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to deal completion
- Identify expansion opportunities and increase share of agency spend
- Work closely with internal trading and client teams to ensure strong campaign outcomes
- Strong track record selling programmatic, digital media or AdTech solutions
- Evidence of consistent revenue delivery and pipeline ownership
- Comfortable engaging senior agency stakeholders and influencing investment decisions
- Deep understanding of programmatic trading and agency commercial dynamics
- Self-starter with strong commercial instincts and accountability
- Performance incentives and quarterly accelerators
- Hybrid working with central London office
- AdTech offering aligned to evolving privacy and targeting challenges
- High-autonomy commercial role with real ownership of agency revenue
