Location: Greater London

A well-established global logistics provider is looking for a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the South region. You’ll represent a leading logistics and supply chain provider, offering multimodal freight, warehousing, customs, and e-commerce solutions to a diverse client base. This is a field-based role with flexibility, autonomy, and the backing of a national infrastructure.

Must have previous experience in Freight OR Logistics

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to win new business across freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain services.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across key industries in the South West, including manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, customs, and commercial teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
  • Represent the company at regional networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
Skills & Attributes
  • Proven success in B2B sales within logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the South West business landscape and regional logistics challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for delivering value to clients.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
