Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations, business, and technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations
  • Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent
  • Proven success in matrix sales environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms
