(Circa) £37,000 per annum gross (inclusive of a financial award & service charge)

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales, Business Development Executive to join their venue sales team.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager - Event Sales, they will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with high-profile clients. This role is critical in expanding BAFTA 195 Piccadilly’s market presence and ensuring the continued commercial success of their prestigious venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the events industry, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

• 31 days holiday (increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service)

• Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Quick to absorb, process and retain large amounts of information
• A natural salesperson with first class negotiation and presentation abilities
• You’ll have thorough knowledge of the hospitality/ events industry, including current trends, competitors and best practices
