• Assist with day-to-day running and operations including opening and closing the club when needed.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Work as part of a small sales team to help deliver club and personal sales targets.
• Build relationships with the local community to help grow the club membership base.
• Be highly self-motivated with experience in sales.

• Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly grasp the business
• Enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Self-motivated with experience in sales
