Sales Agent, Real Estate Sales

Overview

Nest Residential is looking for a driven, commercially minded Commission Only Sales Agent to grow our residential property management portfolio. This role is purely focused on sourcing and converting landlords
. There is no basic salary. Your earnings are directly linked to the business you bring in. If you are confident in your ability to generate leads, close deals, and want uncapped earning potential, this role is built for you.

Your sole responsibility is to introduce new landlord clients to Nest Residential and convert them into signed management agreements.

You will

• Identify and approach landlords and property investors
• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Present Nest Residential’s services clearly and confidently
• Convert prospects into onboarded clients
• Hand over successfully secured clients to the internal operations team

There are no property management duties and no operational responsibilities.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within residential property or real estate
• Strong understanding of landlord needs and motivations
• Confident communicator with solid closing ability
• Self motivated and comfortable working independently
• Happy to work on a commission only basis
• Existing landlord or property industry contacts are a strong advantage
