Role Profile

As a Site Sales Negotiator on the CBRE Residential Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our high-end residential clients. Your expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and customer service will enable you to drive sales performance and contribute to the success of the team in London. This role requires a strong understanding of the Canary Wharf new homes residential property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Residential Site Sales Negotiator to join our team, dedicated to the successful sales and marketing of Aspen, Canary Wharf. Reporting to the respective Project Director in the New Homes Team, you will be responsible for driving sales, representing CBRE onsite, and providing exceptional customer and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall project sales goals.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers through lead generation, follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Aspen.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are communicated to the Project Team regularly.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in the Canary Wharf local sub-market.
  • Collaborate and actively leverage the CBRE global sales network to generate leads and drive sales on Aspen.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive sales updates to the developer, both in written and verbal formats.
  • Attend and actively participate in developer meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback.
Person Specification/Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in residential property sales, preferably in a new homes environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Reapit).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Canary Wharf and wider London property market.
