An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to play a key role in a UK market expansion within the premium eyewear / optical sector. This is a highly autonomous, senior-level position focused on building and scaling regional distribution through premium independent opticians and boutique retailers.

Two roles are available, covering North UK and South UK
, offering significant responsibility and long-term growth potential.

• Senior Regional Optical Sales Manager - South, UK
• Full-time, permanent position
• Field-based role with regional responsibility
• Strategic and hands-on commercial leadership
• Reports directly into UK leadership

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in eyewear, optics, or premium consumer goods
• Strong existing relationships with independent opticians and premium optical retailers
• Proven success in regional sales, field sales, or brand development
• Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
• Highly autonomous and comfortable in a launch/growth environment
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Lead regional growth for a premium brand from an early stage
• Build and manage long-term partnerships with independent opticians
• Take ownership of regional strategy and execution
• Represent a brand at senior level within the optical industry
• Play a key role in shaping UK market presence and distribution
