Property Sales Consultant - High Income (3 positions)

We are looking for three experienced Property Sales Consultants who excel at closing deals over the telephone.

Investors are closed via the telephone in a fast‑moving, competitive industry. The role offers a basic salary plus commissions up to 10% of every deal, with potential earnings from £5,000 to well over £30,000 per month. Successful consultants take home over £20,000 per month.

• Make phone calls to prospective investors to close deals on real‑estate investments ranging from £5–£50,000 or higher.
• Meet a monthly target of 10 successful trades.
• Present and explain alternative real‑estate investment opportunities in various countries.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, upbeat communication style in crystal‑clear English.

• Experience or skills in closing deals over the telephone. Preferable experience from any sector.
• Knowledge of real‑estate investment is an advantage but not essential.
• Proactive, confident, assertive, enthusiastic and financially motivated.

Normal office hours are 11:00 am–7 pm Monday–Thursday and finish 4 pm on Fridays.
