The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, youll operate in a commercial, performance-driven environment where success is measured by results. Youll build relationships, win new business, and place high-calibre professionals earning commission on every deal you close. What Youll Be Responsible For Developing new client partnerships through proactive outreach Sourcing and engaging candidates via headhunting and networking Managing interviews and advising candidates and clients Negotiating offers and closing placements Working towards clear revenue and performance targets Building and growing your own recruitment desk
