Full-time, permanent About the role We’re a growing, profitable PMI brokerage entering our next phase of expansion. Following recent investment, we’re hiring a PMI Consultant to play a key role in scaling our advisory capability and shaping how we deliver exceptional client outcomes. If you’re currently in a large firm and feel constrained by scripts, targets that prioritise quantity over quality, or limited progression — this role offers something different.
What you’ll be doing Advising individuals, families and SME clients on Private Medical Insurance solutions Conducting full, compliant fact-finds and providing tailored recommendations Explaining policy terms clearly, including underwriting types, exclusions and ongoing obligations Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to policy inception Building long-term client relationships to support retention and referrals Working closely with colleagues to improve processes, customer experience and proposition Keeping up to date with insurer propositions, pricing and market developments What we’re looking for Essential:
Previous experience advising on PMI (individual and/or SME) Strong understanding of PMI products, underwriting and insurer differences Competent in compliant sales processes and documentation Confident, consultative communication style Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy Desirable (but not essential):
Experience working in a brokerage environment
