Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 (plus car allowance)

Schedule: 5-day working week

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in residential property sales. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking agency with an expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and register high-value applicants
  • Arrange and conduct viewings across prime London locations
  • Generate and convert leads into valuation opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and secure successful deals
  • Provide detailed feedback to clients and vendors
  • Upload listings and manage marketing on major property portals
  • Progress sales through to completion, maintaining excellent communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system
  • Conduct valuations and market appraisals independently
  • Manage your own diary and pipeline effectively
Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a confident, experienced property professional with strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Attributes
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in estate agency sales (London experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and follow-up ability
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Well-presented, confident, and professional
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Knowledge of Canary Wharf and surrounding London markets is desirable
