Japanese Speaking Executive Travel Consultant —

A British travel agency is seeking a lively, intelligent, articulate, and presentable individual to join their small team in London.

You must demonstrate a strong interest in Japan, its culture, and language.

This role includes opportunities for business trips to Japan.

  Hybrid working style, starting with 1 day a week from home and increasing

  Monday–Friday, 9:30–17:30
• Start: ASAP

• Preparing and planning group and independent tours
• Preparing itineraries and quotes
• Preparing confirmed itineraries and documents
• Liaising with all suppliers
• Dealing with clients’ calls and emails
• Assisting customers: after-sales care
• Travelling to Japan

• Fluent in English and a good command of written and spoken Japanese
• Good knowledge of Japanese culture & geography
• Previous relevant experience would be useful but not essential
• Positive, friendly, polite, and can-do attitude
